You & the Law Presentation
The Somali Canadian Society of Calgary recently organized a “You and the Law” workshop in partnership with the Calgary Police. Specifically designed for newcomers, the program was conducted in the Somali language. We extend our sincere appreciation to the Calgary Police and Constable Abdi Hassan for delivering the workshop in both Somali and English languages. Bridging the language gap between the community and law enforcement is crucial, as it fosters trust and builds stronger relationships within the community
